Montreals first recognised Garden of Fantasy 2003

This garden brings me as much joy than any of my photography shows. Daily people of all ages are sharing their delight with the garden as I work inside ,near the window, enjoying their reactions. I received a Laureat du Plateau from the EcoQuartier for the 1st recognised garden of Fantasy and Wonder and it there after will be one of the new catagories in the city wide garden competition. A competition you don't have to join either. They find you.
I have maintained the garden over ten years in two locations.The first across from the UNIVERSITY OF MONTREAL. There three students made a documentary about the Garden called."Algis mon beau Garden" and they won 1st and 2nd prise in Quebecs Videast Competition.1999
I had one previous garden in Toronto called The Plant Cemetery. It was filmed also for a documentary on strange and wonderfull gardens. Aired on the CBC network. My Plant Cemetery was a place that people actually put their dying plants along with a written epitaph. It was user friendly and people enjoyed interacting with it. The garden was in Caggagetown.
